I was actually a server at a restaurant for three years, really felt stuck, didn't know how to move on. I knew that I always had the personality to be a salesman. We really hesitated to engage simply worrying about the time commitment, just with the craziness of our jobs right now, of course that turned out to NOT be an issue. We were going through a lot of growing pains and we didn't know how to solve them ourselves. We have definitely been able to work through jobs more efficiently due to the training and coaching. Unquestionably we were able to grow because we were thinking through our decisions a lot differently than we used to. So, efficiency, without a doubt is 200, 300% better across the board for everybody. Pre-Sandler I felt like Wile E. Coyote, just running in place after the road runner and not going anywhere. I’ve learned how to take care of my customers better and not waste my time. And so, for us, Sandler's pushed us towards working better individually and as a team. There's just so many little nuggets that we compare notes on after class sometimes, I mean, it was just an offhand comment by the trainers or someone in the class. It is really fun learning from the other folks in the class too. Sandler really has been a huge, huge impact for us.

I was a bit worried about the time commitment prior to engaging in Sandler but you came highly recommended. I’ve learned that I don’t have to be high pressure to be successful at sales, that’s what attracted me to you guys. I can just be completely straightforward with everyone. That fits my personality and following the systematic approach in that manner is just an extension of who I am, that’s why I like it! I’m seeing a good 25% increase in transactions moving forward that may not have gone through in the past . Stop Spending Your Time Drilling Dry Wells
The average OOH salesperson spends most of their time with prospects who never become clients, and only about 30-35% of their time actually selling. Without an effective method to qualify prospects, salespeople often waste time in unproductive conversations. A systematic approach to qualifying prospects could significantly increase face time with qualified prospects and drive revenue growth.

One of those things, in my opinion, is to have a culture of accountability.
